Whipped Cream Recipe

Don't use that crap out of the can. Make your own! The best part is that you can flavor it with almost any flavor you can think of.


  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Flavorings (Vanilla, flavored liqueur, pretty much anything)


  • Stick the heavy cream in a bowl, beat the tar out of it with an electric mixer or just a whisk.
  • Once you've got medium peaks, add the sugar and any flavorings. (2 tsp of pure vanilla extract works well)
  • Beat until you have stiff peaks.
  • Try not to eat directly out of the bowl.


If you want really delicious whipped cream, try adding some maple syrup and bourbon.
